Good Morning

Hello all,
I've just embarked on a journey to transform myself back to the fitter, happier, thinner, and sexier me that thrived on the goodness of life about 5 years or so ago! I thought I'd introduce myself on here and use the forum to publicly track my weight loss and fitness improvements - if anything for my own peace of mind and motivation. If anyone feels like contributing or offering advice, please fire away! .
My Profile:
Age - 23
Weight - 213lbs
Height - 5ft 11inches
Location - London, England
Occupation - IT Project Manager
Goal Weight - 190lbs (and as above, get back to the happier version of myself by losing weight and gaining confidence and self esteem)
I intend to get to that goal by simply eating less, more healthily, more sensibly, and more consistently as well as a mixed routine of cardio and resistance workouts both at the gym and at home. It's not rocket science, and I know how to do it. My only issue is motivation. I struggle to motivate myself to continue the transformation say, after a particularly heavy Saturday night with Friends (I intend to cut down on my drinking, but not go cold turkey, I need a social life for sanity!). One slip up and sometimes I'm sliding back down into my old habits. If anyone has any good motivational tips, I'd love to hear them.
Thanks for reading and good luck on all of your fitness journeys!
