I have reached the point where I'm happy with my weight and now I want to start bulking up but how, do I eat more and keep doing my workouts do I increase the weight or intensity what can I do

Eat about 350-500 cals above maintenance and get on a recognised progressive routine. My choice for adding mass to a beginner would be All Pro's SBR, but any non-retarded beginners routine done properly with adequate calories will do.0

you just need ot eat above maintenance and make sure you are progressively increasing your weights.0
