I just turned 18 about three months ago im 194 and 5'7. I started exercising five days ago. I do crunches sit-ups wall sits Russian twists jumping jacks planking leg lifts and squats. I so them once in the morning and when I get home from school. I've also cut out pop and all I drink is milk and water and every day I eat oatmeal (120 calories) and a yoplait light yogurt, a salad with three chicken strips( I take off the skin) and it depends on what we have for dinner. Usually it's not extremely in healthy and I get small portions. Anyways I weighed myself yesterday and I've dropped two pounds. Is that normal in just five days??

Yes it's normal. It sounds like you've cut out quite a lot of sugar/carbs (no more pop) and all else being equal this will result in a quick drop in water weight. Right now my mom is sick and yesterday I was too preoccupied to eat much and dropped 3lbs since yesterday morning. Just keep it up (assuming you're eating a healthy amount) and I'm sure you'll keep losing and start losing fat as well. Good luck!0

Normal, but realize that that rate will slow down, the rate depending on how much you have to lose...but great job!0
