I am 24 years old and had a baby 9 months ago. I am 5ft 109 lbs. I would like to be 100lbs. I eat 1050 calories a day and work out 4 times a week. Is there anything I can do to speed up the process? Or tips that will help me be succesful?

That is eating too little and you have to get in your head that the process with so little to lose will take longer. Set your calorie goals to only a half pound per week and you will be lucky to lose that..I am 9 lbs from goal and it is taking FOREVER! Slow and steady wins the race unfortunately. 110 is pretty small..I am 5 ft myself..perhaps you just need to tone? I would throw in weights..if you have a belly, it will firm it up.0
