Always feel tired after gym. Advice?

Okay so this is usually what I do pre and post gym:
Wake up, eat breakfast, shower, eat lunch then go to the gym. At the gym, I do 30 mins of running, 30 of working muscle groups (I.e arms, thighs, abs) And as soon as I leave the gym, I'M TIRED. Like I need to go sleep.
I was thinking I could be low on vitamins?
Any thoughts, advice? How do you curb the gym tired?

Protein, you need more protein. I think?0

Your diary is set at 1200 plus exercise, are you eating back at least some of your exercise calories? For me personally, if I'm not eating enough then I am wiped out very easily. With as low as you have yours set you may not be eating enough to sustain yourself. That would be my guess anyway. I also hit a wall if I haven't eaten enough carbs. There have been many times where I'll be really exhausted feeling and realize I haven't eaten any carbs that day. I go eat some and then I feel just fine.0

Try reading this study. Sounds like something is missing from your diet for what you are doing but I have no idea what that is. May be protein. Could be you aren't getting enough carbs.

Have either a pre or post workout meal/shake of some sort. Best time to eat some crap is right after exercise so I'm led to believe you can get away with it more. Crap usually picks me up for an hour or two.0

With only 12 or so lbs to go, set your weekly weight loss goal to 0.5lbs/week, and eat back most of the cals burned from exercise.0

Short term fatigue is pretty normal after a decent exercise session.
If the fatigue is prolonged look at how much you are eating and your recovery process.0 -
I usually work out in the early afternoon (a couple of hours after lunch) and sometimes it wipes me out, too. I try to eat a mini Kind bar (the 100 calorie size) to keep me going (without snacking or napping) until dinner time.0

Agreed. If you aren't eating back those exercise calories, you're coming in at a net of <1200 a day. It's not surprising you don't have much energy. Try increasing your caloric intake slightly on days when you workout.0

When I feel fatigued after a long workout, my trainer asked me to drink a protein shake with half a banana atleast 45 mins before workout to keep me energised throughout the workout. That works for me. You can try it out if you like.
Also agree with the other posters, you may be eating less than what you need.0 -

"Crap" meaning fast digesting carbs. Not an entire chocolate cake every post-workout.
Fast digesting carbs reach your muscles quicker for "repair & reload". Fast digesting carbs can come from white pasta, white bread & sugar.... But I don't recommend making a stack of Snickers your normal post-workout snack. Unless you're doing some serious workouts.
There could many factors at play with your problem. Could be not enough overall calories, not enough protein or not enough carbs. I suggest a little researching on your part to learn the role of macros and overall calories when exercising daily.
Edit: After reading your diary, I'm going to suggest that you need to eat more quality calories throughout the day. The days that you are logging, there are hardly 1200 calories most days, and some days way below. If you need ideas on what to eat so you can eat MORE in a day, browse through some diaries (mine's open!) and some healthy recipes online. There are TONS.0 -
Or maybe you're just busting *kitten* at the gym...
How's your sleep been? I used to cycle for 4 hours on Sunday mornings... and I passed out on my bed after the ride every time.
Generally speaking, this "more energy after working out thing" is bs.0
