Hi. I recently joined this program and I think that it is great! I had previously lost quite a bit of weight on my own, but it is nice to have a program where I can keep track of my intake better by logging it down. I have lost 4 lbs. so far. Keeping a diary has really helped me to not binge at nite -- that is when I have the most trouble because I live alone. Anyone else in that boat? Anyway, I am really glad I found this site and anticipate great progess in my effort to finally lose this fat!!! :smile:

  • I used to binge on sweets at night as well, and I agree, knowing you have to "take responsibility" or keep track of everything you eat is really effective! Good luck to you!
