Hello, I am 38 yrs old. I have been working out for almost 2yrs now. I have reached my goal weight & I look & feel amazing! I still have a lot of work to do though to achieve that sculpted look. I workout 5 days a week & do resistance training 3x a week. Eating clean is every single day is my weakness! I have created a group on here for all of you who are 35 & older. I think it will be a great group once I get more members. I love helping people & Fitness has become my PASSION! If you are interested please join us....Fitness after 35!
