...helped my medicine go down this morning. I was a little sluggish out of the bed this morning, but forced myself to the gym. When I got there I came across my future-cousin-in-law, but he is a big shot guy and it was just good that I was able to see him there and show off my getting in shape.

The real "sweet" part came from a lady that came up to me while I was logging my workout. She mentioned how she had noticed me there over the last couple of months and how good of shape I was getting in. That made my day. Good NSV and I hope you each find some in your daily lives. Maybe pass it along to others.
