What did you tell it about yourself ?0 -
My Polar F4 is ancient and, as such, I have to manually calculate the calories burned. LIVESTRONG.com has a lot of equations that you can use to check the calories burned against your "new-fangled" F7.0

I have a polar FT4 and it works like a charm, have had it since February and has always accurately calculated my calories!0

As long as you inputted (is that a word) the correct info of and about yourself, yes It will be very (maybe not perfectly) accurate.
I've been using mine for a little over a year and it works great.0
