Back again after a very short break

Hello
I have actually been an MFP member since early 2010. I faithfully began using it just over a year ago. In that year, I managed to gain 12lbs while counting calories and playing lots of tennis. Anyway, long story short, my boyfriend of 4 years left me a few weeks ago, and while we talked about our problems, my obsession with MFP and weight loss was one of the smaller issues. He was totally supportive and exercised with me and whatnot, but I sat on this website day and night, instead of talking to him, and I don't blame him for letting it bothering him. I would have been annoyed too. Anyway, we are back together thank goodness, and we are working it out. I deleted my original account, but realized that there can be a healthy balance. He never once ever wanted me to delete my account. I made friends that I miss already. So I am back with a new account, and am looking to get back on track, log my foods, get back exercising and play more tennis, and get and give some support along the way.
A little about me.....34, mom of a beautiful 8 year old girl, fairly talented tennis player, enjoy running, love hockey, etc etc etc.
I love food. Too much. I am always hungry. I have Hashimotos Thyroiditis and asthma. On meds for both. Asthma is well controlled, thyroid, not so much. Doctor and I are working on it.
Ok, i'll stop babbling. I'm looking to add friends who log on regularly, and who don't feel the need to starve themselves. I love eating and will never deprive myself of anything I love. Just trying to learn moderation and self-control!
