Staying motivated during....

Its just about that TOM (time of the month) and I feel horrible about myself. I have been eating well and exercising daily so I know that the reason a feel and look like I do has to do with all the water retention I got going on. I'm glad my weigh in isn't until 11/27 because if I weighed myself now I would be so depressed.

I hope to see a new me emerge once this is over with .lol

Anyone else gain water weight during that TOM? how do you guys deal with it?

    Although I'm preggers now, I just didn't step on the scale during my TOM. I knew it would mean bad news so I just kept movin' along with my workouts and eating. I think weighing yourself during your TOM just sets you up for a bad time! Ha!
