    Absolutely this. Also, that Paul McCartney song, "Wonderful Christmas Time." That one was ruined for me when I worked at a grocery store during Christmas and heard it over and over and over again...

    Three-way tie between: I Want A Hippopotamus for Christmas, The Christmas Shoes, and Santa Baby ... you can just shoot me, or throw me in front of the reindeer that ran over Grandma any time I hear those. They result in quickly changing the station!

    My husband and kids hate that I am a Grinch every single year.. I think Christmas has become to commercialized.. I have not been in the Christmas spirit for many years..

    While I normally LOVE Christmas music - Mariah Carey's "All I want for Christmas" just GRATES on my nerves because one of our radio stations that does the 24-hours of Christmas music literally plays it like every 5th song!

    That and Christmas Shoes - I mean seriously WTF?!? A kid buying shoes for his dying/dead mother on Christmas Eve - um seriously Christmas songs are NOT supposed to be SAD!

    I can't stand Wham's "Last Christmas I Gave You My Heart". So depressing...

    Working in retail just about ruins all Christmas music when you hear it over and over all day long.

    Where I used to work, right in the middle of the Christmas music loop was the song "Part Time Lover" by Stevie Wonder. So random. Three hours of Christmas music, then "Part Time Lover", followed by another 3 hours of Christmas cheer.

    just about every single one of them ... some are so depressing you want to go throw yourself off of a building. This is supposed to be a happy time of year, whether you celebrate Christmas, Yule, Hanukkah, Diwali, Eid-al-Adha, Kwanzaa or Bodhi Day. :flowerforyou:
