High Protein Breakfast ideas

I need some new breakfast ideas. Due to food sensitivities, I cannot have eggs, nuts, or oatmeal, or dairy products. Any ideas on what I could eat for breakfast that would have a decent amount of protein to fuel my morning?

Don't feel you have to stick to traditional "breakfast" foods to get a morning protein fix -- I often have chicken or turkey with my scrambled eggs (I know you said you can't have eggs, but you can still have the meat with whatever you can have, right?), and I love having a dish with smoked salmon if I'm having breakfast at a cafe

Edited to add: I also sometimes make porridge with quinoa instead of oats -- decent amount of protein in that! I'm sure you could make it with your choice of non-dairy milk -- I've tried it with almond milk, which I'm assuming wouldn't work for you because of your nut sensitivity, but can you have soy? Then add in your favourite toppings to mix it up!

I save part of dinner from the night before and reheat it for breakfast. That way it's ready to go.
