Interesting....real or new gimmick?

Interesting website-someone sent me this website for a new food analyzer/safety/allergen screener. Reminds me of a futuristic Star Trek health scanner. If it works for food, why isn't there already one for health? like glucose analysis, cholesterol, etc! Comments?
