What is your favorite exercise? I am trying to change things up. I just found a DVD about T'ai Chi. I just did the morning routine. I really liked it but not sure if really helps burn calories.

You do burn calories doing Tai Chi because you are focusing all your energy, and moving most if not all of your body. It is considered a low impact exercise. I found the following website and I think it may give you a more accurate burn amount.

step aerobics is my fave!!! does the tum, hips and legs, plus if you hold two cans and swing those arms it works the bingo wings to!!!!!0

water fitness - really good all over body workout with resistance - love it!!0

Can't be faffed with videos. For me the best work out is free weights at the gym or a good 5km run! Oh and I love a good spin class too!:happy:0

Bootcamp! I know there are a lot of places where these classes are springing up. They are incredibly intense and I burn on average 600 calories in 60 minutes!0

I love dance style workouts - right now, I am using TurboJam, Shaun T Rockin' Body and Zumba.. but I have a real varied collection so I shake it up when I think I am starting to stagnate a little.. walking ones, toning ones, Slim in 6, Prevention 3-2-1 ..lots of choices..0
