FINALLY after two years of MFP, and cardio and strength training exercise....my cholesterol (all levels) are in the desirable ranges again! NO meds...just working my bootie off.
Thank goodnes and Thank you MFP for this resource. I use it daily...even in maintenance :-)

Well done!! I have just had my blood taken to find out what my levels are as its not been done in over 10 years, Im hoping for good news but I just have no idea what to expect lol0
