Getting back into fitness and well being

Hi All,

I am getting myself back into the routine of healthy eating and good exercise.

This site definitely helps me to track what I'm eating and the calories I am burning through exercise.

I have a goal to lose 8 - 10 kilos from now and am using the 5:2 diet program and also doing the Shaun T Insanity workout program.

Hope all of you do well with your goals too.
