Nope. I eat the biggest meal at the end of the day.

    200-300 calories around 930/10 AM
    500 calories between 1130-1230
    100-200 small snack 130 PM
    20-300 meal 3/4PM
    1130 PM- Dinner/Protein shakes
1200 AM Ice cream and tea.

Not so sure i would listen to this person..... ice cream before bed? Your suppose to generally stop eating between 8 and 9 so your stomach has time to digest before bed.

Could you explain to me how I managed to lose 312 lbs. eating a bowl of ice cream in bed every night??? Just curious???? OP please do not listen to this.... Meal frequency is totally a personal choice, eat your calories and hit your macros daily whatever time that may be.... Best of Luck

This would not work for me. I don't crave putting things in my mouth in the am. I'm a night eater. If I don't save the majority of my calories for the pm then I run the risk of calorie surplus for the day.

    Only three things matter:

    1. Your personal preference for eating based around your cravings.
    2. Calorie intake be it a deficit or losing, a surplus for gaining or at equilibrium for maintaining.
    3. Proper micro and macro nutrient intake

it doesn't matter what time you eat, not everyone is the same
