Hi, I just got an email from Beachbody about a meal replacement shake that they sell and I want to suggest it to a friend of mine, who can't afford Shakeology. So I was wondering if anyone has tried it before?

    I haven't tried it, sorry.

    If she's low in cash, why not eat regular food? It can be cheaper & more nutritious than shakes.
