intermittent fasting on low carb diet, how to?

I started a very low carb (usually 20-30 grams a day) diet about a month ago. I am 22, 5'8" and now 163 pounds, down 12 pounds. I am very interested in intermittent fasting but a little confused on how to approach it. Currently I am eating a low calorie breakfast around 8:30 am(usually 1 egg and a peice of turkey bacon or turkey sausage), I run 2 miles on my lunch break (only time i have to work out so this cannot be adjusted) around 1:30 everyday, then eat a larger dinner at night around 7 when i get home. I am more interested in just one meal a day, i read that its best to eat after you run rather than before. I am worried about 1. Being drained during my run, and 2. Not making it through dinner time with no food. When would be the best time to schedule meal times? Sorry my post is a little scatter brained, any advise would be greatly appreciated.

You could eat on a 16:8 intermittent fasting plan by missing breakfast. Lunch at 1.30 after running and dinner at 7.

1. Being drained during my run
This is probably going to happen at first. It kind of depends upon how good your body is at metabolizing fat, which IF will improve over time. If you find yourself drained, just walk instead of running.
2. Not making it through dinner time with no food.
You could augment the fast with some fat (butter, heavy cream, cream cheese, etc.). If you can't make it and have to eat something, make sure it is fat. You want to be burning fat and if you eat any carbs or protein while fasting your body will shift over to burning those instead.
Eating a ketotic macro ratio will help prep your body for fasting, especially if it isn't used to burning fat.0
