Runners and fitness walkers, rain gear recommendations

I love my daily 6 miles! I don't want to move indoors to my treadmill if I don't have to. And unless it is snowing I would like to stay outside. The problem is getting wet, too wet.

Any gear recommendations? My requirements are. Cute (helps motivate me), Not cost a fortune, but decent quality, with breathable features. Warm as well.
