I get at least 1 hour of cardio everyday and it's only been one month but I seem to have hit a plateau. I am thinking of upping my cardio to 1 1/2 - 2 hrs everyday. I just dont know if that would be too much.

Do you strength train as well - maybe add some strength training if not... It REALLY helps!

Not that 1.5 hrs is too much but why not instead of increasing time, increase intensity or try intervals. You can even shorten your time and try HIIT, Google HIIT training to get an idea of what it is. Many people only do cardio for 1/2/hour or less and have great results. And make sure you are at least eating back some of your exercise calories.

This is going to sound peculiar, but do you have rest days from your exercise?

If not, try one or two rest days, if you don't your muscles do not have time to repair the tiny tears to your muscle fibres, fluid will surround the muscles to protect them. The rest days enable the "repairs" to take place and the fluid to disperse.

    It is worth trying.

I heard that sometimes our muscles get used to the workout so we have to change it up a bit not necessarily increase the time.

I do core and resistant bands every other day. I am trying to loose as much as I can in 4 months. Every time I miss a day I feel like crap, i feel all tired. so i try to not miss a day. I do however change up the intensity every other day.
Thank you for the suggestions
