Chocolate Chia Pudding!

This recipe is so easy and a great way to include healthy chia seeds into your diet

~recipe~
Ingredients
2T cocoa powder = carob powder
2 pkt stevia = 2T white sugar = 2T honey/agave
3/4cup milk (any milk, almond, soy...)
1/4c chia seeds

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate, I usually check it after an hour or so and all the liquid has been absorbed by the chia seeds by then. I eat it with either some frozen berries or some fresh fruit, the texture is weird but it tastes so good!

Ive also made variations with Cinnamon and vanilla which have been yummy too!


(makes 2 small or 1 large serving)
Fat 22 (chia seeds are naturally high in Omega 3 fats)

Carb 28 (24g fiber!)
