Cymbalta and losing weight??

hi!
anyone have trouble losing weight while on Cymbalta 60mg? I have gained weight on it,
even though it's not a common side effect. I also take klonopin some for anti-anxiety.
yeah drugs do not help w losing weight but I have to try all I can. I exercise 3-4 times
per week too and have found it nearly impossible to lose even a pound. :-( HELP!

I too am on Cymbalta (60mg). I was taking it conjunction w/Wellbutrin and was having trouble sleeping. I have since discontinued the Wellbutrin and my sleep patterns have regulated somewhat. I have noticed that my cravings have increased so I've decided to do a low carb/keto type approach. Higher fat and less junk seems to help combat the cravings....we will see. The Cymbalta has helped a great deal w/my "sadness" so I would like to find a happy medium w/the food part! Takes time to figure out what works best!
