Hi, everyone! I just wanted to say that I had gastric bypass 6 years ago. My weight is slowly coming back. I can not, physically overeat so I am at a loss. I have gone from dr. to dr. but maybe I am not looking in the right places. I am going to try the hard way and watch every little thing. I have been dieting for a while now but this website looks amazing. I just got a treadmill at home and I have been walking 6 miles a day. Is anyone out there in the same situation as me? Also, need a question answered....does it matter if you do not have the full amount of calories it suggest you have??? Because I can not even it all out...please help! I want to make sure I am doing this right.
