    If I measure around my navel area it's 35" :( my actual waist, smallest part is 30"....it used to be 25 a few years ago. I'd be happy with 28 right now.

    Mine's 39 currently but was 44 six months ago so I'm happy. I have no earthly clue what it was at my heaviest (96 lb ago)...don't even wanna know.

    Obviously my ideal/goal will be smaller! I'm thinking 34 maybe? I have no idea.
