1/17/2013 56 inches
11/20/2013 38 inches

28-29? Would love to get to 26!0

My waist is 32 in. I'm 6'4 tall, so it can't go any lower for me.0
-
huge, would like it to be little. LOL0
-
27" now I'm at target. Was 34" back in May when I started. I'm a pear, not an apple....0
-
26.5 at the moment, it was 37 when I started out.0
-
Waist is measured at the narrowest part. Level with your navel is considered abdomen.0
-
30.5"
Which makes me sad because I'm 34-30.5-37.5 and I'm almost a banana.
Goal? I don't know, less.0 -
Mine's 39 currently but was 44 six months ago so I'm happy. I have no earthly clue what it was at my heaviest (96 lb ago)...don't even wanna know.
Obviously my ideal/goal will be smaller! I'm thinking 34 maybe? I have no idea.0 -
23 and proud! It comes with being short and asian.
Actually waist measurement doesn't matter much at all to me, it mostly has to do with frame after a certain point anyway.0 -
I was 36 inches at the navel at my biggest now 31-32 I have in my head that I could get that down to 26-28 with some serious dedication to lowering BF% as I have a good old spare tire going on above the muscle and more jiggle then jelly. My actual waist (narrowest point) is 29 inches and it was 34 so I am getting there.0
-
28
Goal maybe 260 -
I thought to measure your waistline you measure the narrowest point? That's how seamstresses have done it to me.

Anyways I'm a 27....or so I thought. If I measure at belly button level I'm like a 31inches
I'm 122 at 5'20 -

This lol I can apparently post my weight without shame buttttttttttttt0 -
My waist is not at my navel.... because I am not a guy.... but I am at 36.5 at that point.... and my waist measures 30.
It seems so lofty.....but I would love a 26 inch waist..... I've been close at 27 in late 2011...and that is why it seems lofty.... I don't know that I can go smaller than that... my rib cage and hips challenge that dream....0 -
Too large.
I'm a a runner and I've added CrossFit and yoga to get my waistline to a better place!0 -
44, down from 54 in March.
My goal is 38.0 -

24.5. But I am also close to maintenance.0
-
Started at 40" Down to 33''
My goal is to not have a gut anymore. So, however many inches it is when that happens. :happy:0 -
36-26-41 are my starting measurements
my hips are now down to 39.5-ish and my goal it to be 36-26-360 -
I can't really lose anything around my waist, I hold all my weight in my butt & thighs, even with only 10 lbs lost, my rib cage is already showing while my hips are barely budging.0
-
32".0
-
I am now at 31.5 down from 34. I am pleased.0
-
Hah! Did my PM inspire you? Right now it's 38.5. 2 years ago, it was 24. I'd be delighted to split the difference at 30-32.
I did it to inspire us0 -
