Basically I've been on here according to MFP for 450 consecutive days so you know I'm serious about it, why do I say 22 places well I feel I can only accommodate 50 friends without ignoring anyone. I hit a bit of a motivational low a couple of weeks back but I feel I'm getting back into it. The important bits are: I'm a daily logger, I will comment and if for any reason I'm silent for whatever reason you'll know about it so that you know I'm not ignoring you.

Sent me a request with a little message, but be warned I'm not a friend collector so if you want me just to add numbers to your list then please try someone else.

    No one just wants to "fill a slot" (giggity) - if you posted runner/TM candidate looking for a few dedicated people or something a little more personal, you'd get more response.

    Btw - my shoulder issues improved, almost gone, from weightlifting.
