Under 5kg to go struggles

Hi guys! Just looking for a bit of motivation. I only have a few kilos to go til I get (back) to goal but I find it the hardest!! It has taken me over a year just to budge a few kilos due to yoyo-ing. I tend to go strong for a few weeks and then fall off the wagon and have a bad week. Then I try to change it up and go slower and I might have a decent week but other times I find if I am not fully in the right headspace and going strong then I don't have the willpower to keep going and it continues yoyo ing. Aaaahh!!!

I only just got back in to it after a big break and have made good progress in the last two months but despite being good the scales went up which I know must be a fluctuation and I tell myself I'm fine with it but it still gets to me subconsciously and I fall off track. I know what to do, but making myself do it is another thing!!

Anyway, I find it helps when I read other people's stories and journeys so feel free to share how you are going or add me if you are in the same boat and need more people badgering or praising you. :)
