Hi guy's,

Looking for some advice really, been working on weight loss for over a year, had a brilliant start and lost 22lbs, but it's all stopped. Completed insanity and carried on running 2/3 times a week 3-4miles and maintained.

Started my final push to get to my target of 10.8st. With a small goal of 12.6 by Christmas. Been eating clean for a week (diary open) on a TDEE - 20‰. Tonight I have weighted and not lost anything! Along with eating well, I've started T25.

I appreciate, I'm only 10 day's in, but I'd expect to see something, as I am in the obese category. 5.5ft and 13.4st at present. . What am I doing wrong? I'm mixing cardio wit aome free weights and trying to keep my macros in line with mfp.

Any advice is welcome.
