I don't rely on it, but I like it (especially now that as some have already mentioned, I'm getting close to One-derland). I use it as a bit of motivation to keep going with logging and making better choices. Plus, I see it as a non-judgemental voice when I do go overboard. Like when I logged in my Indian food fest last weekend, I heard it saying, "Ok, but if you keep going on like this your weight will not get lower, is that what you want?" Hah - that sounds a little off kilter, but everyone has that inner voice, I just attach mine to that red number sometimes.0

Nope. Mine's been telling me that I'm gaining .2 lbs every 5 weeks (or whatever it says) for the past couple of months. Yeah. Not quite. Still losing slowly and steadily.0

YES i rely on it i get bummed if it gets higher than 120 lbs!!0

I've never really went by it, but it was a pretty accurate when I first started to lose weight, but way off when I got close to my goal weight, because things slowed down a lot when I got close.0
