Don't stress about the scale not moving fast enough because your body will change constantly, be very diligent on calculating your "sneaky calories" IE (coffee creamers, condiments,) Have fun with it all, don't freak out if you have a cheat day, do freak out if you have 7 cheat days in a row. don't compare your progress to others as long as you are making forward momentum you are doing great.0
