Confused about calorie goals?

Hey guys I'm really confused and could use some help! MFP is telling me that if I work out 5 days a week for 30 minutes I should be eating 1330 calories a day. I just found my BMR and multiplied it by 1.55 (moderately active level) and then subtracted 1000 (the number to lose 2 pounds a week) and it says I should be eating 1900 a day! That's such a HUGE difference and I don't know what one I should go by?! Any help would be MUCH appreciated
Love ya'll!

Hmm...are you sure you calculated your BMR correctly? If my math is correct, your BMR, by those calculations, would be 1870. That sounds a bit high to me, unless you are very active and tall.0

Don't use moderately active unless you plan to work out rigorously on a regular basis. If you have a desk job, use your sedentary TDEE, subtract 500 and then eat back exercise calories using a heart rate monitor.0
