Month Challenges

Are you or have you ever participated in a health/fitness challenge (i.e. the move your *kitten* challenge here on mfp, a 30 day squat challenge, 30 day ab challenge, challenge a day program, ect)

One of the places I work with wants to run a challenge for the month for their clients. I just wanted to see if any of you awesome fitness people have tried/loved/hated any or have wanted to try one.
