    So to confirm I should be eating my bmr cals instead of what myfitness pal has set for me?

    See my second post above. You need to reset your goals in MFP to lose .5 pounds per week. This will increase your calorie intake. In addition to this, you need to eat a portion of your exercise calories back.

    Also, if you continue to not lose weight, look at the possibility that you are eating more than you think you are.
