Alright guys.....
I have to make 2 different veggie dishes for my family thanksgiving.
I have already decided to make scalloped corn, but I haven't decided on the other.
Does anyone have any ideas for a veggie dish. whether is be lower calorie or just delicious.
im not that great of a cook so the simpler the better.
thanks a bunch.

Why not make the green bean casserole? It's super duper easy (Even YOU can do it haha) and it really is rather good!0

Oven-roasted veggies of all kinds are great! I'd do beets and potatoes in all different colors, maybe throw in some parsnip and onions, too.0

I second the roasted vegetables. Super easy, low calorie, and you look like a rock star. Here's a super easy and good recipe that I use frequently. Works for even my picky eaters: http://247moms.com/2012/06/oven-roasted-summer-vegetables/.0
