Tdee calorie question.

I've got a body bugg. On that site I recorded my activity level as "very active" it gives me a target TDEE of 2600. Most days I exceed this.. going as high as 3500, although most days are around 2800 2900. What do you think a *realistic* calorie goal is for me.. with mostly clean eating and knowing that I struggle with eating enough. My BMR is calculated at 1600. I know the basic 20% rule.. but thats a lot of food. I had my goal set to 1600 on here, with the intention to eat closer to 1800-2000. But I rarely ever get to 1800 without eating pastries and cookies and such. (which is counter productive to my goals).

Here is today I am way under it's 10pm and i'm not hungry. This is a pretty typical day for me. (except for the deli meat.. I don't usually have this in the house) I can't eat shellfish, so don't suggest it. :)

if you hit your macros, which includes plenty of fruit and veg and stuff to get all the vitamins and minerals that you need, how is then eating a cookie 'counter productive to your goals'?

    H: 5'10"
W: 182 (as of today an increase booo lol)
    A: 35
    Female
Job 1: desk job 40hrs per week - i walk up a flight of stairs to get from my office to the bathroom/copier/co workers desks.
Job 2: direct sales so an hour of standing at a time 3-8 hours per week

    exercise:

lift- full body and targeted routines - alternating days - 6 times a week
Do: Zumba/HIIT/Insanity/BodyCombat/BodyPump - 6 times a week (alternate classes to mix it up)
Run 11min miles - usually 4-6 times a week - sometimes outside , sometimes on the treadmill (usually do about a 1.5-2 mile run)
walk a mile everyday at lunch - 5 days a week
I usually walk to the grocery store- about 1.5 miles round trip approx 2 times a week
I play ultimate frisbee for 2-4 hours on the weekends.

No medical issues- I can't tolerate a lot of oils or added sugars or eat shellfish or fried foods-.. sugar free cookies would work, but I don't usually like them much.

This. If you don't want to eat that much, cut down the workouts...

lol. I could cut down on the workouts.. but I get really bored and start climbing the walls, so I go run or to the gym. It sounds like a lot, but it's not.. it takes me 11 min to run a mile.. I do 1 class a day and lift for about 40 minutes. So i guess 2 hours a day total. If you count the walk at lunch (which I NEED to do, to get the heck out of the office!!!) then it's 140 minutes I need to increase strength for frisbee. I need to run faster and longer and to be able to jump higher. I want to join the league. I walk to the store to save on gas.

I don't really hit all my macros, because I don't eat enough calories. Although if I did, i'd be pretty on target most days. I'm not really sure what macros I should have anyway. I've just got it at 40/40/20 because that's something I can get too.

the best way to do all this is to fuel your workouts properly...

Don't want to be mean but I don't understand asking for advice on a new goal if you aren't meeting your current goal?
Whatever goal you choose (from calculators, MFP or even guesswork) you need to try and consistently get close to that goal or you will never know what's right.
You have managed to lose a stack of weight (:flowerforyou: ) - don't fall into the trap of weight loss being more important than health and fitness or getting an unhealthy relationship with food. All that exercise needs fuelling.

To get more calories in you could switch from low fat / fat free versions to the full fat version. 40% protein is a bit high IMHO - what's your weight / composition goal ?
