ow this hurts

I am not sure what happened I have developed a very itch rash on my arms and legs in the last few hours or so. It is raised and very red... I didn't eat or drink anything weird its kind of puzzling. I took some benadryl. I am really not sure what to do about it.

    You probably need to see a doctor. It sounds like hives to me and is normally a reaction to an allergen.

    BTW, this is Chit-Chat, Fun, and Games, things here don't have to pertain to MFP.
