Sweet tooth and late nights

Hey everybody. For the past 3 months I have been stuck at 62 kg. I have now reassessed my goals and added some new things to my plan, like Zumba, cycling to work (only a 10 minute cycle) and strength training 3 times a week. I am also trying to keep my calories to 1400 a day, and want to keep my carbs to 100g. But, I have a massive sweet tooth and seriously love sweet bananas and soft ripe Sharon tooths, intact, I want to eat them everyday when I get home from work and relaxing with my husband, who has a box of peanuts that he eats at the same time as bananas, and it taste so good! Eating fruits really shoots my carb intake through the roof, because I already get my 100g of carbs from milk, small steamed bread with lunch, some vegetables, and other things. I don't know what to do to help me save my carbs until late in the evening when I really want to enjoooooyyyyyyy. Should I just skip all carb foods and eat them all in the evening so I don't binge? it will be so hard to eat very little carbs for lunch and snacks but if I must.......
