from an "overweight" BMI now down to "normal"!

Options
I started dieting and exercising a bit in August, then got serious about logging food and exercise here in September . For the first month, for exercise I did weights/resistance only. In the second month, I started alternating that with cardio, and the weight came off more quickly. I hurt my back 3 weeks ago so haven't been able to do any serious exercising, but I have kept my calorie deficit. I am now officially no longer "overweight." I have gone from 144 down to 129.

I think I got the photos to work now. The pic on the left is Sept. 20; middle pic is Oct. 20; right pic is today (Nov. 21).
