Hi everyone! Ok so I was diagnosed with pcos back in 2010. I didnt think that much about it because I was only 19 and just got on bc. Well now that Im married and me and my husband finally wanting a baby I see how PCOS is really affecting my body. Less periods and easy weight gain makes it hard to even get pregnant. Im hoping to lose at least 20 lbs or even more so hopefully I can get back healthy and give my husband the baby he always wanted. Im new to mfp so please feel free to add me and if there is anybody else with PCOS I would love to hear how you keep weight off as well as having a baby. Thanks!

I was recently diagnosed with PCOS also after having a 2nd miscarriage! I am currently trying to lose weight so that my body will let me ovulate properly. I also have diabetes and Metphormin is helping with both problems. I know the feeling of wanting a baby so badly! You can always add me. I have a long way to go and will offer all the encouragement I can!0
