Oh and of course you shouldn't eat less than your BMR! BMR is what your body NEEDS just to get you through the day. It's what your body needs on the days where you do nothing but watch movies and listen to christmas songs. If you don't eat at least that amount - well, this should be obvious - then you hurt your body by starving it of nutritions. Maybe it's unintentionally you do it, but still.0
