Activity Level??

I'm sure there are many posts about this but I need help determining my activity level.

I teach martial arts. I demo and perform throughout the classes. We work 5 days a week with avg 5 classes a day. I run all of them. On the side I workout on my own 4 days a week. Roughly between a hour to a hour and a half.

I think I have set my calorie count to low at the beginning as it showed sedentary... Uhhh yeah I am not that... So do I go lightly or moderately?
