should I change my activitiy level?

When I first started MFP, I was doing a desk job and may walk with my kids after work so I put sedentary as my activity level. For the past 5 weeks - I have been working with a personal trainer and am now doing cardio 3-4 x per week and lifting weights 4 x per week. Should I change my activity level or is that accounted for when I add my excercise daily?
