I will turning forty soon and i dont want to be overwieght anymore. I want to live for my family and not for food!!!!!!!!! I hope to meet many people who can give me hope!!!!!!

    I will turn forty in a couple of years and I am determined that in my fortys I will be healthy. Good for you for signing up and making progress. Life is about learning and I am finding this site very educational and motivating. You will do great here.
