Polar FT4 battery

Hey guys,
I've started working out again and want to use my HRM... unfortunately the battery in the watch has died. Is this something that I can change myself/take it somewhere to change or do I need to send it back to Polar for them to change?

    I take mine to my local jewelry repair shop and have them change it. Haven't had an issue.
