Last night, I went for the second night of a sleep study and we talked about my results from the first night which was a week ago. Oddly enough, I had the same test over a year ago where it was determined I had sleep apena, but I didn't get a CPAP because of a mix-up with insurance. Last year, I was told that I stop breathing when I sleep, and I also had obstructive sleep apnea. This time the results were that I still just stop breathing from time to time, but there was no sign of the obstructive sleep apnea. Apparently, I lost that when I lost the weight.

Congrats, you are making great progress. Keep up the hard work and I bet your results for the next test will be A+, no more danger of stopping breathing.0
