Prior to making this lifestyle change, I could and did polish off a pint (yes, the entire pint!) of Ben & Jerry's ice cream. :noway:

But, now I LOVE LOVE LOVE TuttiFrutti frozen yogurt shops! Love all the tart fruit flavors they offer; especially Mango and the Pomegranate! :happy:

Homemade:
Take frozen berries or fruit. I use strawberries put them in a food processor, add milk until berries are 3/4 covered, then add one Tablespoon light cream cheese and one tablespoon low fat cottage cheese, and one teaspoon of honey. Blend until texture of soft serve ice cream. If too thick add more milk, if too thin add more frozen berries.

I absolutely love Coldstone...until I remember the calories in it! I've tried to stick to buying ice cream for home and eating a single serving.

We have a Woolley's Frozen Custard in our area. It tastes so much better than icecream. A much softer and creamier icecream taste.

I love Coldstone... my fiance and I have our anniversary this friday and guess where we are gonna go? Thats right, we're going to Coldstone... I was super excited to find coupons for them. LOL Now I just gotta keep myself to the small size :laugh:

I miss Coldstone!!!!! They don't have it in our area but I wanted something sweet this afternoon and tried yoplait whips chocolate mousse for the first time today..................Y_U_M_M_Y!!!!!!!!!!! Know I know why my boys always pick this flavor when we go to the grocery store.
