Serious weight lifters please laugh gently
I have two pairs of dumbbells that I'd like to use to work on improving my arm strength, 3 and 10 pound. Since my joints tend to be fragile, I'm looking for the right exercises to do and proper techniques. I'd rather trust recommendations here than a random Google search. Can you give me tips or links to get started? Diagrams would be nice. I'm a 54 year old female if that matters. TIA!

Hmm, if you have fragile joints, you might consult with a doctor before you start a lifting program.0
