    I will brave the waters here to say I think he makes a terrible Loki. Good as far as the Marvel universe is concerned, but terrible as far as Norse mythology is concerned.

    Agreed.

    That takes nothing away from the man's appeal. I LOVE almost all of the Marvel movies (maybe not the first Captain America), but I'm not watching them because I think they're great representations of classic mythology...and I'm not drooling over T.H. because I think he nailed the the accurate persona based on the source material...
