Hey im a 20 year old Student,overweight, im currently at 80kg(177 pounds) and im aiming to get to 60kg(132 pounds).I tried to lose weight many times but always made some sort of excuse to myself and gave up. I joined back in June 2012 but never posted online just used the meal and workout tracker app. Used it for awhile, lost weight and then stopped and put back on all the weight i lost got annoyed with my weight so started to work out again. This cycle repeated many times and it happened again. Three months back i had lost 4.8kg(10.6 pounds) but then put it all back on.
So i decided to use the my fitness pal community to get the motivation and to keep me on track to finally lose the weight ive been wanting to lose for years now. so I have starting a healthy lifestyle again and im serious about it this time (bought a bike to cycle to uni and back and everywhere else) so im looking to make some new friends on here for support and motivation!
